YOUTH HEALTH AWARENESS FAIR

Join us for an event focused on Youth Health Awareness. We have partnered with great community organizations to provide services for FREE!
We have created a wraparound services event for community members interested in their 1st,2nd, Boosters, and Child/Youth- Covid 19 Vaccines.
We will also provide Education on HPV and adminsiter vaccines for ages 9-18 provided by Bartz-Altadonna and AVPH.
Free Health Screenings and Health Information provided DOFoundation.
